HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is a commitment to yourself to learn something new. It takes practice! Be assured that the program is designed to introduce you to meditation and the different types of meditation.
You start slowly, giving you insight and guided meditations. Each day you will have another meditation addressing a different type of meditation with instructions and guidance on what you are working on for that day. At the end of the 14-days, you will have completed an intro to meditation.
